Photography Business Institute is an online education institute founded by New York TImes Best Selling author and World-Renowned portrait photographer, Sarah Petty. Nearly 2,000 students have completed our flag-ship photography business education program, Boutique Breakthrough. We graduate 50-100 photographers each year from our esteemed Boutique Portrait Photographer Certification program.

The mission of the Photography Business Institute, through its online coursework and certification program, is to educate its students about how to have a viable, self-sustaining career as a professional portrait photographer and to make lasting contributions to the legacies of the families they photograph and the communities in which they reside.
